All products returned must be unused and in original packaging and in the same condition you’ve received it. To complete your return, we will require the order number.  All purchase of gift cards are final and are not subject to return or refund.

Returns of products are only allowable for misprint, damage, or defect, or for those errors made by The dotnot Shop.  For example, we do not refund or replace for sizing errors, buyer’s or gift receiver’s remorse, or wrong or insufficient address deemed by the courier. In case of reshipment due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, purchaser will be subject to payment of reshipment fees.

 Any claims for misprint, damaged or defective products must be submitted via email to The dotnot Shop (customerservice@dotnot.shop) within 7 days of receiving the product. The claim must describe the exact nature of the misprint, damage, or defect. If possible, attach pictures to the email showing the misprint, damage, or defect.  The dotnot Shop will work with you for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

The dotnot Shop does use a third party provider to print and ship all products.  Therefore, The dotnot Shop is not responsible for any products lost in shipment, costs associated with the lost product(s), nor the replacement of the lost product(s).  However, email us no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date and we can work with you and the third party provider to resolve the lost shipment. 

You are responsible for returning all products in original packaging and in the same condition as received. We will not refund any products not in original, unused condition. We also will not reimburse you for your shipping costs for any product(s) returned for other than misprint, damage, or defect, or those errors made by The dotnot Shop.

Before you return any product, we highly recommend you email us to verify whether you are eligible for a return and for further instructions on where you should address the return. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.  If we approve your product(s) for return, your refund will be processed upon The dotnot Shop receiving the returned product(s).  We will apply to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you think your approved refund is lost or missing, first check with your payment service provider.  For example, contact your bank or your credit card company to confirm a refund is in process and awaiting official posting before contacting us.  Once your payment service provider verifies that the refund process did not go through, then you can contact us by email.
